She is survived by sons Amrinder (Kamlesh) Rathaur, Gagandeep (Ranjan Deep Kaur Rathaur) Singh Rathaur, Yadwinder S. Rathaur; and daughter Kawaljeet Kaur (Jasbir Singh). Sawinder was preceded in death by her husband, Chanan Singh Rathaur.
