Scot Kardash, 54, of Mishawaka, unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at his home. He was born on November 13, 1971, in Ft. Hood, Texas, to Ray and Ginny (Bennett) Kardash. Ray, a native of Yonkers, NY and a U.S. Army veteran, and Ginny who was born and raised in Mishawaka, both survive.
Along with his parents, Scot is survived by his sister, Tracy (Matt) Wiese of Elkhart; their children, Katilyn (Austin) Weaver of Granger and Alyssa Wiese; great nephew and niece, Camden and Kendall Weaver, and many other extended family members and friends survive who will remember him fondly.
Scot a 1990 graduate of Penn High School, had a special gift for manual labor, working as an installer for residential and commercial countertops. In his free time, he enjoyed drawing and painting, creating beautiful artwork. He also had a strong mechanical aptitude and was known for working on cars and repairing and gaming on computers.
