Scott Bailey

Scott Allen Bailey, 53, of Elizabeth passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Born on June 9, 1971 he was the son of Bonnie (Lambert) Bailey, of Belle Vernon.
He was the owner of Bailey's Basics, specializing in all construction needs. He was also an avid outdoorsman especially hunting, fishing and boating.
In addition to his mother, Scott is survived by his wife, Lisa (Hvozdik) Bailey, whom he married on August 10, 2014; son, Joshua (Catie) Bailey, of Greensburg; sisters, Jody Bailey, of Belle Vernon and Darla (Ryan) Suomela, of Monessen; mother-in-law, Patricia Hvozdik, of Port Vue; brothers-in-law and sisters-in law, Dan (Brenda) Gaydos, Melissa (Brad) Reed, Heather (Sean) Algeri and Matt (Jen) Hvozdik; nieces and nephews, Kristen (Stephen) Battistone, Anthony Campieri, Kodey (Cassie) Suomela, Harley (Storm) Bailey, Nick (Gina) Algeri, Ryan Gaydos, Brandon Gaydos, Connor Reed, Jack Hvozdik and Blake Hvozdik; and great-nephew and niece, Gotti and Imogen Suomela. He was also an amazing dog dad to his 5 beautiful labs, "The Wolf Pack".
He is predeceased by his grandparents, Robert G. Lambert and L. June Lambert.
Friends will be received from 2 to 6 pm, the time of services on Saturday, February 8 in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME.
