St. Johnsbury, VT: Scott Alexander Bolduc, age 64, of New Boston Road, died at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital with his wife by his side, early Monday, May 20, 2024, following a long battle with lung disease.
Scott was born on October 15, 1959, son to the late Charles Joseph and Pauline (Philomene) Villeneuve) Bolduc. He was raised and educated in Littleton attending Littleton High School and started working at Hitchner’s for the next 30 years rising to Supervisor when the company relocated. Scott then began at Weidmann and worked there for 5 years until illness forced him to stop. He was an avid fisherman and for 23 years went with his best friends on trips. On November 30, 2001, he married Sonja Newell and have shared over 22 years. Scott loved building LEGO sets, especially the big ones, with the help of the kids, and made displays of them all.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sonja, of St. Johnsbury, children: Jeremy Bolduc of Greenwood, IN, Tasia Swan (Michael) of Southington, CT, Rebekah Daniels (Bryan) of Littleton, Rylee Smith-Newell, Braylee Brown-Newell, Payslee Brown-Newell all of St. Johnsbury 2 stepchildren: Krystal Taylor and Josh Taylor also of St. Johnsbury, a brother: Dale Bolduc of Madbury, NH, his mother-in-law: Shirley Newell of St. Johnsbury, 6 grandchildren: Zackery Bolduc, Caleb & Jace Swan, Brennley Daniels, the twins: Jack & Charlie Daniels and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Larry and Alden Bolduc.
Services will be held at 2PM on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at the Sayles Funeral Home, 525 Summer Street. There will be no calling hours at this time.
