I do not know Mr. Conley. I somehow stumbled upon his obituary. I am from De and would have probably never come in contact with Mr. Conley. However, after reading his obit I am very touched. Sounds like he was a great and honorably man. I would like to Thank him for his military service and his expansive career. I pray for peace and healing for his wife, children and all who knew and loved him. May God Bless you !
