Scott B. Follett, of Smithfield, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025, at Fatima Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Woonsocket, RI, he is the son of the late Samuel B. Follet (2008) and Helen P. (Wilson) Follett.
A devoted husband, father, and friend, Scott was known for his outgoing personality, warm heart, and love of life
He was an avid golfer and gardener, spending countless hours on the greens and in the garden where he found both joy and peace.
Scott had a deep passion for sports and cherished the camaraderie of his close friendships.
He is survived by his loving wife, Danielle Siena and his two sons, Scott B. Follett Jr. and Cristian Anthony Tanzi - Follett. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister, Jennifer R. Follett- Tribou and her wife Danielle.
A heartfelt thank you to the ICU Staff at Fatima Hospital for your outstanding care and compassion. You went above and beyond in every way, not only providing exceptional medical attention but also lifting our spirts throughout the process. We are deeply grateful for your dedication and kindness.
Scott’s funeral will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith Street, North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence. Interment will follow at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Scott’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
