Scott was a good dude..he was my supervisor at Dpw.. he wasn't a push over so he ruffled some feathers but he really cared about his team & the work that was to be done...sorry to hear about his passing ..OH YEAH he made some damn good hot chili too. COURTNEY JOHNSON
