Scott Jon Israelson , 65, of Lake in the Hills, IL, passed away on the 19th of January surrounded by family.

Born on 18th of July 1960 in Chicago IL, Scott was the son of Robert and Jean Lang. He grew up in Bensenville, IL and later moved to Bloomingdale and finally Lake in the Hills. Scott was known for his contagious smile-kindness, humor, dedication, he will be remembered for his love for golf, but most of all, a loving human. Scott worked at Town & Country for 35 years and gained many friends during that time. He had a passion for golf which he did every Sunday with close friends and he was able to fulfill a lifetime goal of getting a hole in one. Scott had dreams of playing in Hawaii one day. He took immense pride in his role as a husband, father, grandfather and brother.

Scott is survived by his wife Linda of 27 years, his children Kim(Paul) Carello, Matthew(Christy) Hammer, grandchildren Giulena, Lucia, Ava Carello, Kinsley and Colton Hammer, brother Keith. He is preceded in death by His parents Robert and Jean Lang, grandparents Raymond and Ruth Nelson and brother Mark Israelson.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life on the 26th of January 2026, at a visitation taking place from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at AHLGRIM AND SONS FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, located at 330 W Golf Rd, Schaumburg IL 60195 Scott's memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
