Scott Miller Obituary
Scott is survived by his wife of 39 years, Becky Howell Miller; mother, Barbara Bigger Miller; sons, Trey Miller (Danielle) and Spencer Miller (Hannah); brothers, Jeff Miller (Joyce), Robert Miller, and Richard Miller (Rachel); mother-in-law, Betty Howell; brother-in-law, Matthew Howell (Debbie); sister-in-law, Faith Donohue; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Darius Miller; his father-in-law, Jimmy Howell; and his brother-in-law, Paul Donohue.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Saturday, March 12, 2022, beginning at 10:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 2:00 PM.
Interment will follow in Oak Grove Church of God Cemetery, Loranger, Louisiana.

Scott was truly one of a kind. He never met a stranger, always had a joke and was always willing to help when one was in need.

You just couldn´t NOT like Scott! He was such a lovable tease and friend to our family-and many others! Only God can comfort y´all in this great loss. May He hold each one close to Himself at this difficult time.
It seems that the loss of Scott Miller and Lynn DePhillips is to the Loranger skyline what the Twin Towers going down was to New York.

Becky, I am so saddened by Scott's loss. There are no words that I can say to lessen this emotional burden on your family. I wish I could hug your neck while I tell you that your family is in my thoughts and prayers. My last memories of you and Scott are from 2012. I will never forget the crawfish experience and will hold on to that memory forever. May God give you his grace and blessings daily as you navigate the days, weeks, months and years to come.
