Scott Neff Obituary
Scott R. Neff, age 65, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2024. He was born on August 8, 1959 to Rodney and Loretta Neff (Barr), in Columbus, OH. Scott retired from the State of Ohio in 2012. He is preceded in death by his Father, Rodney E. Neff and Uncles, Philip (Delores) Neff, Lee (Ruth) Barr and Glen Barr. He is survived by his Mother, Loretta M. Neff, children, Kimberly and Kelly, grandchildren, Isabella and Emerson and his Uncle Dean Barr. Scott was an animal lover and avid sports fan. He was a very passionate, committed and patient fan of the Minnesota Vikings and loved The Ohio State Buckeyes. There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to an animal shelter of choice in his name.
