Scott Wayne Nething, 60, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Aurora St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee.

Scott was born on August 7, 1964 in Manitowoc to John and Margaret (Stahl) Nething. He is survived by his sisters and brothers, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Scott was preceded in death by his parents; sister: Mary Propson; and brother: Terry Nething.

A memorial service to celebrate Scott's life will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 S. 14th Street. Relatives and friends may greet the family from 1:00 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm. Burial of cremains will be at Kossuth #1 cemetery.

Scott, you had a heart of gold, we loved you so very much. Thank you to Randy and Alexis for the long travel to visit Scott, and to comfort him. Another thank you to Dawn for the time you went to St. Luke's Hospital in an ambulance with Scott, he was never alone. Many thanks to Will for setting up transportation and hotels. We will miss you Scooter! Gone to soon!
