Teacher, Husband, Father, Papaw
Scott Russell was born and raised in Corbin, Kentucky. He
was a multi-sport athlete and played football at Morehead State
University, where he earned a degree in education. He retired
from the Sycamore School District of Cincinnati, Ohio in 2000.
Scott is survived by his wife Nancy, son John (Morgan),
stepdaughter Katie (Andrew), grandchildren Reese, Jake,
Ryder, Sullivan and Maverick, along with 30 years worth of
colleagues and students whose lives Scott touched.
