Born on January 3, 1972, in Freeport, New York, Scott was the beloved son of Kevin and Carol (née Saire) Slattery.
Scott is survived by his devoted wife, Nicole "Nikki" (née Musleve) Slattery; his parents, Kevin and Carol Slattery; and his sisters, Robin (Franz) Weyandt and Erin Bender. He was a proud uncle to Jack, Dylan, Liam, Isabella, Stella, and Charlie. He will also be lovingly remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his aunt, Patricia Slattery; his uncle, Lawrence Slattery; his cousin, Nancy Slattery Klein; and his beloved dog, Bernadette.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory, 24021 Royal Worlington Drive, Naperville, Illinois. A Funeral Mass will follow on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 2003 Hassert Blvd., Naperville. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Scott's name to the Naperville Area Humane Society.
