Early on the morning of September 4, 2025, God called Scott Anthony Swann to find rest in His arms. As God lowered His hand, Scott reached up and shed the coils of this earthly life, soaring into a blessed forever.

It would be easy to call him a handyman, as he was trained in many different fields. But in truth, he mastered many disciplines: flower and vegetable gardening, lawn care, mechanical repairs, construction, and repurposing anything he laid his hands on. He was a teaser and a "discusser" of many varied topics-he tackled them all, always seeking truth and understanding.
Scott was a loving son-to his parents, to his Heavenly Father, and to his large extended family. Because his heart for others was so great, he strove to share the blessings of God and the gift of Jesus with many. He gave warm clothing and food to strangers, helped people find safe and warm places to stay, handed out Bibles to wanderers, and always offered heartfelt prayers to those in distress, along with the gift of God's love and forgiveness.
Scott was a humble man who required little, yet he recognized the needs of others and tried to meet them with what he had. He would always say, "God will take care of me-He will provide." His faith was strong, and he touched many wandering souls by sharing his love of Jesus Christ and God the Father.
