Jeffrey Scott Tuner of Richmond passed away at Reid Healthcare on August 24, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 58. Scott was born in Richmond on June 7, 1967, the son of Jack Turner and Carole Lilly Turner Loxley.

For over 15 years, Scott work for Parker Hannifin in Eaton, Ohio until his health started to decline. He loved to be outdoors in nature when not working. You could find him relaxing by the river fishing or just enjoying nature. He also enjoyed traveling and listening to music.

Scott's love and memories will be cherished by his father, Jack (Rose) Turner; mother, Carole (Richard) Loxley; sister, Kathy (Charles) Rader; two stepbrothers and a stepsister; nieces Martha and Regina, as well as many extended family and friends.

Keeping with Scott's wishes cremation was chose and a memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Urban Winkler Funeral Home is honored to assist Scott's family with the arrangements. T
