Sean Richard Morgan Born Dec 14, 1956, passed away on April 5, 2025, surrounded by his boys, Pierce and Spencer. They were the pride and joy of his life and Sean was so incredibly proud of them. His last sounds were his boys telling him how much they loved him, and Jimmy Buffett playing in the other ear. Sean loved to sail and loved animals, he had many dogs throughout his life, a crow and a red-tailed hawk. He was an avid volunteer at the MN Raptor Society, Carpenter Nature Center and spent a season in Washington D.C. living in the attic of the Smithsonian on a raptor release project. He was a brilliant photographer and took many beautiful photos to capture his love of nature. He also took many amazing photographs of his boys in sports. Sean is survived by his adoring and proud children Pierce and Spencer Morgan of St. Paul, his former wife Carolyn Morgan of St. Paul, his oldest sister Kathy McClure of Boulder, Colorado, and many nieces, nephews, and friends who loved Sean so dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents Mozelle and Emmett Morgan, brother Bernie Morgan, sister Sheila Morgan, and his best buddy/brother Pat Morgan. True to Sean's legacy and generosity, he was an organ donor. Many lives will live on because of him. A Celebration of Life will be held on April 19 from 2-4 pm in the CHS Field VIP Suite, home of the St Paul Saints, in Downtown St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, please consider contributing to a memorial fund to support the boys on a road trip to Glacier, Montana to distribute his ashes in nature where they once enjoyed a memorable family camping and fishing trip. Memorial funds can be sent to Morgans, 101 10th St E, Apt 639, St Paul, MN 55101
