Sebastian Sylvan Pick, age 19, died in a tragic motorcycle accident in Aurora, CO on July 6th, 2023.
Sebastian’s parents first got to see that twinkle in his eyes when he was born on January 3rd, 2004 in Dubuque, IA. He then lived in Winona, MN where he gained Children’s Miracle Network billboard fame as the toughest little kid around after surviving being run over by a car at the age of 3. Sebastian joined his family on the adventure to move to Colorado from the Midwest when he was 4 years old. He continued to live in Aurora, CO his whole life and graduated from Eaglecrest High School in 2022.
Sebastian was an energetic, fierce, and full of life young man who brought fun or feistiness to the occasion, depending on what the situation called for. He loved hanging out with friends, riding his motorcycle, listening to music, working on cars, and tinkering with stuff in general.
Sebastian left behind him so many who loved him dearly. He is survived by his mom, Cherity, dad, Aaron, big brother, Owen, and younger sister, Annalivia. He is also survived by his grandparents Jean and Leon Pick of Platteville, WI and Rick and Kris Palmer of Luck, WI, along with several aunties and uncles, a pack of cousins, and many friends and fellow, good-hearted mischief-makers. He is preceded in death by his aunt, Heather Pick.
A celebration of life service will take place on July 18th at 10 a.m. at Horan & McConaty Funeral Services (11150 E Dartmouth Ave, Aurora 80014). There will be an on-site reception to follow the service where light refreshment and sugary treats will be provided, as Sebastian would have requested.
A visitation the evening before on July 17th from 6-8pm will also take place at Horan & McConaty Funeral Services.
