She was born Oct. 10, 1940 in Neely Crossroads, TN to Sammie D. and Dulla Mae (Burchett) Keen. She was a member of the Red Hill Church of Christ. She attended the Star Point Church of Christ and was a factory worker and housewife.
Joyce is survived by (1) Daughter: Shelia Key Lowhorn and Husband: Vic; (1) Son: David Key and Wife: Denise; (1) Brother: Jerry Keen and Wife: Eva Nell; (5) Grandchildren: Tiffany Norris and Husband: Brandon, Dustin Lowhorn and Wife: Danielle, Ben Key, Evan Key and Wife: Kara, Sawyer Key. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Parents: Sammie D. and Dulla Mae Keen; Her Husband: Lloyd Key; (1) Sister: Zodell Flatt; (3) Brothers: Robert Keen, Billy Keen and Herman Ray Keen.
The family has asked for a private service hoping to keep family members and friends safe.
