January 6, 1989 – August 26, 2025
With heavy hearts, the family of Sergei Volosevich announce his passing on August 26, 2025, at the age of 36.
Born on January 6, 1989, Sergei was a beloved son, brother, and friend whose kindness and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew him. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, his warm heart, and the love he shared with his family.
Those who knew Sergei, know that he had his struggles and that he wasn’t perfect, but they will also remember his love for his family, quirky sense of humor, love for animals, willingness to step in and defend those who were being bullied, and quick response to help those who couldn’t help themselves.
His creativity was unmatched, his various business ideas and inventions would have made millions, and some did, as we watched them come to fruition through other people’s lives.
You could always count on him for a good laugh, a crazy story, and if you ever needed jewelry, he knew how to find you the best deal. All in all he loved his family, friends, and more than that he showed love and kindness to strangers that he didn’t even know.
Sergei is deeply mourned by his parents, Roman and Valentina Volosevich, his older brother Alexei, his younger brother Nikolay, and his younger sisters Lana and Amy. He also leaves behind extended family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
The family kindly requests that the service remain private to immediate family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sergei’s memory are welcomed.
For condolences or further information, please reach out to his brother Alexei at (570) 764-6728.
Sergei’s presence will be deeply missed, but his love and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
