Severino R. Mon

Severino R. Mon was born on August 22, 1949, in La Union, Philippines, and grew up in Baguio City, Philippines. He migrated to the United States in 1976 and settled in Vancouver, WA. He resided in Vancouver until his death on December 17, 2024.
When he came to the US, he worked in Pharmaceutical sales. Later, he worked until retirement with Qwest Communications, now Century Link.
He was a born showman. He enjoyed acting and singing, and performed in musicals and plays in his teenage years. He loved to sing at all family get-togethers and local Fil-Am events.
He was a true family man. He enjoyed all his time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed taking trips all over the country with his family. His favorite place to travel to was the Oregon Coast.
He is survived by his wife Linda, sons Severino Michael and Gabriel Brian, daughters-in-law Abby and Tanya, grandchildren Isabella, Mateo, and Katalina Joy, sisters Anita Mon and Helen Mon, and many nieces and nephews.
