Robert W. Young, 68, of Aurora, CO, died October 6, 2025 after a four-decade long battle against MS.
Mr. Young was born to William M. and Delores M. (Merrill) Young on September 6, 1957 in Bay City, Michigan. He was a retired veteran of the U.S. Army due to an honorable medical discharge After his Army service, he attended Metropolitan State College, receiving his degree in criminal justice and psychology in 1990.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his daughter, Tami Renae Anderson, two grandchildren, siblings Walter, Mark, Susan, and David of Aurora and nephews and nieces.
Memorial Service to be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home at 190 Potomac St., Aurora, CO 80011. A private committal service will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery at a time yet to be determined.
