Dear Shakira,
I remember when I met you at Palmetto Pee Dee in SC. We automatically started joking around and I did your makeup because you liked how I did my winged eyeliner I also remember how great you were at dancing! I know we had our ups and downs but you were always like a little sister to me. May you rest in peace.
