Shannan Danielle Stone

Shannan Danielle Stone, 49 of Jacksonville passed away Wednesday December 24, 2025 at her home. She was born August 25, 1976 in Jacksonville the daughter of David Steven Stone and Sherry Lowanda Barton. Shannan was a graduate of Jacksonville High School and then Mr. Johns School of Cosmetology, and then worked as a beautician in the area for many years. Shannan was a woman of faith who loved life, and her family was her greatest joy, spending time with her father, siblings, children and especially her grandchildren who were a blessing to her. Surviving are her children Tiffany Mullens-Stone, Kelssie Wyatt and Jason Ransom all of Jacksonville, 6 beautiful grandchildren: Drayden Colwell, Gracie Colwell, Lydia Colwell, Harlyn Colwell, Ryker McCarry, and Jadynn Ransom, her father David Steven Stone of Jacksonville, sister Krystal Prillmyer of Jacksonville, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceding her in death was her mother Sherry and a brother Stuart Barton. A funeral service will be held at 6 pm Tuesday December 30, 2025 at the Williamson Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 4 pm until the time of the service Tuesday. Memorials can be made to the family for assistance with final expenses.
