Shannon is survived by her mother, Deborah Devan and her husband, Robert; father, Warren Wisniewski, and his wife Leigh Ann; sister, Alyssa Carney, Grandmother Camille Wisniewski; nephew, Caden Carney ,niece, Savannah Downes and also her step brother Robert Devan and his wife Heather thier children; Robbie and Thomas
A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 12pm to 2pm at Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River. Condolences may be offered to the family by visiting: www.ryanfuneralhome.com
