Sharee Painter, at the age of 54, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on January 1, 2026, in Moore, South Carolina. She was born on February 7, 1971, in Spartanburg, SC and was the daughter to the late Ray Gibbson McEntire and Jackie Kelly McEntire.

Sharee dedicated her life to serving others, working as a caregiver in the Home Health. Her unwavering strength and compassionate heart left an indelible mark on those she cared for, as well as on her family and friends.

Sharee was deeply rooted in her faith and valued her connection with the Lord. She found joy in her family and church community, who were central to her life. Her favorite color was purple, reflecting her vibrant personality and spirit. In her free time, Sharee enjoyed going out to eat and loved going to the movies, especially "scary" ones.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Michael Steve Painter; her children: Karley Bailey (Steven) of Cowpens, Seth Roach of Duncan, Christianna Painter (Michael Medlin) of Easley, Alexis Byrum (Ryan) of Pickens, and Branden Painter of Greer. Sharee took immense pride in her role as a grandmother to Peyton, Aaron, Kinleigh Bailey, Aubrey Ann Painter, and Baileigh Rae and Ryleigh Ann Byrum.

Sharee also leaves behind her sister, Carmen Thomas of Bennett, NC, and her brother-in-law, Jason Painter of Simpsonville. She will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends who were touched by her kindness, grace, and unwavering faith.

A viewing for Sharee will be from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at The Rock Church, 299 Blackstock Rd., Inman, SC 29349, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at the church. She will be laid to rest at Good Shepherd Memorial Park, 4164 SC-9, Boiling Springs, SC 29316, with the Rev. David Carter conducting the services.

Sharee Painter's legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire those who knew her.
