February 17, 1948 - September 12, 2025

Sharon A. Dare, 77, of Moline, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025 at Unity Point, Rock Island.

Funeral services will be private at Rafferty Funeral Home, Moline. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Sharon was born February 17, 1948 in Centerville, Iowa, the daughter of Robert and Nellie (King) Power. She married Charles Dare on October 30th, 1965 in Rock Island.

Sharon enjoyed bingo, casinos, and was an avid Cubs and Elvis fan. Most of all she loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Charles; sons, Mike (Bo) Dare, Moline and Steve Dare (Lindsey Tauge), Moline; grandchildren, Joseph Dare, Jacob (Kayla) Dare, Sarah Dare (Aiden Vercautren) and great-grandchildren, Callie, Colton, Maddyn, Olivia and Bodhi.
