Sharon Drake Robinson Obituary

Sharon was born on March 24, 1948 to Charles and Dorothy (Richeson) Brown at Springfield, IL. She attended school at Girard High School. Sharon worked in housekeeping for Marriott Hotels in Springfield, IL where she had retired. She married Richard "Rich" Robinson on May 12, 2012, in their front yard in Auburn, IL. Sharon loved to hunt, fish, camp, and play dice.
Sharon is survived by her two sons, Roger Drake of Carlinville, IL, and Tommy Drake of Carlinville, IL; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Blankenship of Virden, Betty Clouse of Riverton, IL; two brothers, Ronnie Brown of Virden, IL, and Bob Brown of Lexington, KY., and several nieces and nephews.
Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, parents, daughter, Samantha Drake, grandchild, Dylan Drake, daughter in law, Jessica Drake, and sister Janice Buttrum.
There are no services planned at this time for Sharon A. Robinson.
Memorials are suggested to the family.
