Sharon A. Erickson

Sharon A. Erickson, age 80, passed away on July 1, 2024 after confronting ovarian cancer head on for the last five years.
She is survived by her husband, Mark, of almost 46 years, her son, Ashley (Kasi) Erickson of Wichita, KS, her loving grandchildren, Bryan and Henry, her sister Donna (Kenneth) Zandt and other family members.
Sharon was born on July 13, 1943 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Edmund and Marie Decker. She married her husband, Mark, on July 14, 1978 and was a lifelong resident of the area.
Throughout her battle, Sharon did everything that the doctors and nurses asked of her until the very end. She saw the face of God with the compassion and kindliness of the healthcare workers that assisted her. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Resurrection Cemetery in Mequon, Wisconsin.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edmund and Marie Decker, and her stillborn daughter, Maureen Erickson.
