Sharon Faye (Broome) Edwards, 70, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025. She was born in Rome, Georgia, on November 26, 1954, to the late Robert and Beatrice Broome. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Nell (Bo) Bearden, Tommy Broome, and Junior Broome.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Larry Junior Edwards; son and daughter-in-law, Larry Timothy and Jessica Edwards; siblings, Joyce Cole, Jimmy (Kathy) Broome, Buck (Jean) Broome, Mary Buttrum; and sister-in-law, Barbara Broome; grandchildren, Austin Edwards (Taylor), Lane Edwards (Amber), and Ethan Edwards (Hannah); great-grandchild, Waylon Edwards.
The family will receive friends on Monday, November 3, 2025, from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Rosedale.
