Sharon Hiken,
(nee Lebow) Born January 29, 1934, passed away February 6, 2025. Beloved wife and best friend to the late Harold Hiken. Dear mother of Susan (Richard) Stuckert, Cindy (Scott) Lapins, Nancy (Gary) Gorchoff, and Jim (Susan) Hiken. The world's best grandma to Lauren (Brian), Sara (Michael), Jenna (Josh), Maggie (Michael), Ali, Jamie (Bill), Carly (Eli), Eliah, Asa and Avi. Loving great-grandmother of Tucker, Hudson, and Lake. Cherished aunt of Peter and Mark Lebow. Adored and remembered by relatives, dear friends, campers, and counselors. Special thanks to Cathy and her team for their loving care.
Sharon was known for her intelligence, wit, love of sports, and travel. Together with her husband Harold (H) she helped to start and run Camp Timberlane for Boys. She then began an impressive career as a travel agent, specializing in cruises, her favorite form of travel.
Sharon will be remembered for her warmth, her unwavering support, and her ability to make everyone feel special. Her family and friends will forever treasure the memories of the laughter and joy she brought into their lives.
Funeral services 1:30 PM Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Congregation Sinai, 8223 N. Port Washington Rd., Fox Point, WI. Interment at Mound Zion Cemetery, 14510 W. North Ave., Brookfield. Memorials to COA Youth & Family Centers for the Harold Hiken Camp Scholarship Fund, 909 E. North Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53212 or Congregation Sinai.
