Age 69, of Wellsburg, NY. She was born on April 6th 1953 in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the late John and Mitsuko "Mary" (Tajiri) Lewis, passed away peacefully after an extended illness on the morning of Friday, June 17th 2022, while surrounded by her loved ones. In addition to her loving parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her life partner Ronald Wright; brothers, Henry, and Anthony "Butch" Lewis; niece, Amanda Kemmer; nephew, Jesse Kemmer Sr. She is survived by her extended children, Tandy Shock, Sierra Paul, Noah Logan, and Maddy Magno; siblings, Julie and Raymond Kemmer Sr., Timothy Lewis, Patricia and James Kiser Sr., Kitty and Steve Wright, and Brenda and Rev. Donald Paul Jr., all of Elmira, NY; sister-in-law, Laurie Lewis; lifelong friends, Mike Pirozzollo and Nanette Moss; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends. Sharon loved reading, traveling, family gatherings, and was an avid disco dancer; but her passion in life was spending time with her family. She was employed at Craig DDSO in Savona, NY for many years. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home on Monday, June 27, 2022 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Her Celebration of Life will follow the visitation at 1:00 PM. Reverend Donald Paul Jr. will officiate. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
