Sharon Pautz

Sharon L. Pautz, age 76, of Manitowoc passed away on Tuesday April 30, 2024 at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers after a five year battle with cancer. Sharon was born on February 20, 1948 in Sheboygan, WI to Wallace and Meta Cole (Cedar Grove). She attended Cedar Grove High School and graduated in 1967. After High School she attended Lakeshore Technical College for business management. Sharon then relocated to Manitowoc, WI. This is where she eventually met her true love, her late husband Robert Pautz. Sharon had a lifetime career in restaurant management in the Manitowoc area. She was known for being a very hard worker and a great boss. She enjoyed many things in life but most of all her family. Survivors include; her brother; Don (Barb) Cole, Texas, her children: Robert (Rebecca) Brooks, Manitowoc, Cathleen Brooks, Manitowoc, Jennifer Brooks, Manitowoc. She is further survived by her grandchildren: Travis (Susie) Stuckart, Tonya (Bill) Schiller, Brittiann Perkins, Philip (Cindy) Perkins, Samantha (Scott) Wallermann, Robbie (Danique) Clemons, Cristel (Hyden) Gamez, Seleste Brooks, Skylar Brooks, Danyell Brooks, Isabella Brooks, Brian Brooks, October Seizert, Anna Brooks, Charlie Brooks, Zachary Mickey, Jacob Brooks, Jordan (Jeff) McCanachie, Josh Brooks, Tanner Brooks, Justin Brooks, Kayla Brooks, Micah Sickinger. Along with 20 great grandchildren. Other survivors include: brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Joe and Nancy Shore, Leonard and Julia Pautz, Ronnie Pautz, Mike and Marilyn Kronforst. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents: Wallace and Meta Cole, her husband: Robert Pautz, her son: Bradley Brooks, and many others. Her children would like to recognize her late husband, Robert Pautz side of the family for being such a big part of her life. To Joe and Nancy Shore for always being there for her. She always said Nancy was the sister she always wanted. A special thanks to the Aurora Medical staff and Dr. Andrew Yetter for all the care and giving us five more years with her. A private ceremony will take place in the coming weeks at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth. Sharon was one of the kindest, loving person you would ever meet, always putting others before herself.
