Sharon Lee "Shari" Ray

Sharon Lee Ray (Shari), age 81, was born on June 25, 1944, as the second daughter of three daughters to Al and Evelyn Miller. She grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota until she graduated high school and spent a year in Seattle, WA with her Aunt Robbie.

Shortly after moving back home to Minneapolis, she met and married Arnold Ray in December of 1964. The happy couple moved to St. Paul, MN where Arnold started as an electrical engineer and Shari worked as aid in the medical field.

Shari was a kind and loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She had a generous heart and loved caring for others. She spent many years working as a teacher's assistant for special needs students.

She enjoyed baking, gardening, spending time with her grandkids and making craft items to give away as gifts to others. She was very active in her church and loved serving the Lord and others. She was sociable and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Shari is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. She is survived by her husband Arnold (Buddie), daughters Tami and Tina and four grandchildren Camron, Amanda, Victoria(Tori) and Victor, her two sisters Ann and Bobbie as well as other loved ones and friends.

Services will be held on Monday, March 9th, 2026, at 10am at Mustang Church of the Nazarene followed by a brief graveside service.
