Sharon Kay (KayKay) Rutledge peacefully gained her heavenly wings at the age of 62 surrounded by her husband of 40 years, three daughters, and immediate family. Though Sharon's health was failing for many years, it would be wrong to say that she lost her battle because she was always determined to fight until our Godly Father called her home.
Sharon was born on November 13, 1961 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was the middle child of three girls to parents, Jeno and Mary Lou Sarosi.
Sharon attended cosmetology classes in high school prior to obtaining her GED and later obtained her cosmetology license. Her true life's passion was being a mother, and with that, there was no comparison.
Sharon was a dedicated wife, wonderful mother and an exceptional Nana. She doted on her family and was happiest when they all surrounded her; especially her grand babies, who brought her the utmost joy. Sharon's talents included having the special gift of making everything she touched beautiful and had quite the eye for details which was showcased in her passion of crafting.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Dennis Rutledge; daughter, Mary Kay "Katy" McIntyre; daughter, Shelby Smith and husband Chad; daughter, Whitney Judge and husband Marshall; grandchildren (her greatest blessings): Sophie McIntyre, Jettson "Jett" Judge, Clayton "Krew" Judge, and Stella Grace Smith; mother, Mary Lou Sarosi; sisters: Carolyn Proulx and husband Ray; Gina Bettinger and husband Doug; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Sharon was reunited in Heaven with her father, Jeno Sarosi.
The family welcomes all Sharon's loved ones and friends to join us in celebrating her beautiful life.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 4th, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Brown Owens & Brumley, 425 S. Henderson Street Fort Worth TX 76104.
