Shawn Terry Hutchison, Spencer Indiana, passed away October 16, 2025.

Shawn was born to Nancy and James Hutchison August 28th, 1957. He grew up in Spencer, Indiana and was the oldest of 3 brothers. As an Owen Valley Patriot, Shawn played on the football team and even broke school records for track and field. He went on to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from Indiana State University. Shawn loved God, cars, helping others, and his family. He enjoyed playing backgammon and going fishing. His smile and laugh will truly be missed.

Shawn is preceded in death by his father, James Allen Hutchison; survived by his children Luke (Erika) Hutchison, Alexander (Lexii) Hutchison, Leif (Claire) Hutchison, and Lincoln Hutchison, one granddaughter Haylie, his mother Nancy Hutchison, brothers Kirk Hutchison and Blake Hutchison, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Shawn's memorial service was held on October the 20th, at 10:30 am.

Located at 3939 Central Ave, Columbus, Indiana. The Sanctuary.
