Koegler, Shawn G. Sr., 51, Chest Springs, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025, at his home. Born November 8, 1973, Fort Campbell, KY, son of the late Charles and Rosemarie (Kotch) Koegler. Survived by his wife Melena (Schwartz) Koegler and children, Heath Koegler, Garret Koegler, Payton Koegler, Shawn Koegler Jr., Melisa Koegler, Ashley Koegler, Amber Pressel and stepson Dustin Schwartz. Shawn was a member of the Loretto American Legion. In his spare time, Shawn loved doing mechanical work, especially working on small engine repairs and auto repairs with his sons. He also enjoyed being outdoors where he was often found hunting, fishing, ATV riding, and woodworking. Most of all, Shawn cherished spending time with all his children who were the most important to him. At Shawn’s request, there will be no viewing or services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 233 Keystone Ave., Cresson, “Honored Provider of Veterans Funeral Care.” Condolences may be made at AndersonFamilyFuneralHomes.com.
