Shawn is survived by his son, Thomas J. Moore, his parents, Thomas and Linda (nee Stieffenhofer) Moore, brother, Daniel Lawrence, and many loving cousins, aunts, uncles, and his grandmother, Ann P. Moore. Predeceased by his brother, Joshua A. Moore and grandmother, Mary Jeffers.
Family and Friends are invited to visit on Monday, June 13, 2022, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Tuesday, June 14, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, with burial to follow at Wenonah Cemetery in Mantua, NJ 08051.
