Ware – Shawn D. Stephens, of Ware, died on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at his home.
Shawn was born in Rochester, New York, son of Elaine M. (Morgan) and George B. Stephens on April 29, 1967. He leaves his daughters, Vikki Stephens-Chartrand, and Shawntyl Seelig and her partner Rafael Medina. He also leaves his siblings, Christopher B. Stephens and his wife Diane, Timothy M. Stephens, Terhi Roach and her husband Daniel, and Daniel P. Stephens, as well as his granddaughters Azariah and Veraliese Chartrand, and baby Medina arriving in January. He was predeceased by his father George and his sister-in-law, Deborah.
Shawn lived in Worcester for most of his adult life. He most recently lived in Ware with his brother, Timothy, and his cat, Smoky. He was an avid New England sports fan, and he loved Mountain Dew. He attended a trade high school and worked as a handyman and carpenter. He was always willing to help others with his skills.
