Sheila Dianne Smitherman

Sheila Dianne Smitherman, 60, of Panama City, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Born on June 8, 1965, she was a devoted and loving presence in the lives of all who knew her.
Sheila cherished her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with all her heart. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family. She also enjoyed the simple pleasures of life-especially playing bingo, hunting for treasures at yard sales, and sharing laughter with those she loved.
Sheila is preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Smitherman and husband Elzie; father, Harry Robinson; brother, Elbert Robinson; sisters, Sarah Gail Cleckley and Rebecca Lawley; granddaughter, Hope Faye Smitherman.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, William Robinson (Jody), Eric Smitherman, and Shawn Smitherman (Candace); grandchildren, Alex Robinson, Allen Robinson (Halyleigh), Dean, Kami, Serenity, and Adaylnn; great grandchildren, Erza-leigh and Allen, Jr.; sister, Peggy Taylor (Ronnie) and best friend, Sheressa Miller. Along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
