Sheila Michelle Suggs, 57, of Waverly, KY, died in Louisville Kentucky of leukemia on March 24, 2025. She was born in Henderson, KY in 1967 to Judith Suggs and Edward Suggs. Sheila attended Union County High School before receiving an associate's degree from Henderson Community College and then going to work at Gibbs Die Casting.
Sheila was passionate about her role as Team Lead at Gibbs Die Casting. Working for the company for 12 years. Sheila was a truly kind and giving person who left an impact on many people's lives. She loved being of service to her church, Carr's Chapel. She loved decorating for events, cooking, fundraising, and celebrating life with her family and friends. Though she loved many people and enjoyed different hobbies throughout her lifetime, Sheila's favorite role was that as a grandparent. We could not have asked for a better mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend. Sheila will be missed every day, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all those loved her.
