Shelby Lars Lewis of Collinsville passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the age of 35. Shelby was born May 27, 1990, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Michael and Kimberly (Wallen) Lewis, Jr. Shelby was a lifelong member of the Broken Arrow area and had resided in Collinsville since 2008. He made his career as a Structures Mechanic with his last employer being Spirit Aerosystems. One of Shelby’s favorite hobbies was fishing. Described as a great big teddy bear by his family, Shelby loved animals, especially cats. He also had a great love for his Grandpa Mike. Even though he has been gone for many years, Shelby still shared memories and talked about him often. They are together now and probably fishing in Heaven.
