Dear Ozzie,

I just heard the terrible, sad news of the passing of your dear beloved son. Our deepest condolences and prayers go out to you and your beautiful wife and family. I hope all the love and support for you all will comfort you during this tragic time in your lives. Sheldon will be surrounded and welcomed by many angels with love from Tony, Bobby, our father and Dear, Beloved mother. Our loved ones are never forgotten, forever missed and with us always. My sincere condolences to Sheldon´s family and friends. I had the pleasure of knowing Sheldon at Fenwick and Valpo. I´ve remembered him as such a smart, gentle, and funny person. Always a pleasure to see. I´m sure an immeasurable loss to those close. My thoughts are with you.

So many memories. Too many to add them all. I will miss our conversations, and your laughter. You were so smart, and made every moment better. Sheldon was always game whenever I had a crazy dress up idea. And so caring, not just to Jolene, but to every animal he met. I will miss you terribly.

Met him only once in Anchorage but have known and cherished his parents for decades. Gone too soon, may he be held in the light, his memory a blessing.

The Dominican Friars will pray for the repose of Sheldon's soul in their chapel at Fenwick High School in Oak Park. May peace find all those who love Sheldon
