Shelley Rae (McPeak) Landrum, age 50, of Bowling Green passed away peacefully Saturday, April 22, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her family.
The El Centro, California native was born August 4, 1972 to Walter McPeak and the late Lynnda (Fant) McPeak.
Shelley was an VA Coordinator and Medical Receptionist at WKONA for several years as well as being a stay at home mom while her children were little. She attended Living Hope Baptist Church. She was a founding member of GAP Outreach, a local nonprofit that served the children of our community. Aside from serving underrepresented children of our community, she loved making memories with her family and being a devoted daughter, wife, mother, sister and aunt.
Her memories will be cherished by her husband, Kinny Landrum; her children, Tevin McPeak (Kathryne Wells), Marissa Landrum (Isaiah Boards), Will Landrum, IV, and Mason Landrum; her sister, Tammy Mann (James); her brothers, Randy Archie (Tiffany) and Tommy McPeak (Becky); her father-in-law, Bill Landrum (Glenda); her mother-in-law, Linda Anderson; brother-in-laws, Carlos McClellan, Darius Landrum (Unique), Nahshon Landrum, and Jairus Landrum (Maya); her sister-in-laws, Tara King and Keturah (Brian); her nieces, Bella, Baek, Nia, and Asa; her nephews Zachary Burns, Isaiah, David, Caleb, Joshua, and Jessie also survive in addition to her first granddaughter due in August.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, April 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Living Hope Baptist Church. Visitation will be prior to the service at the church from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Please enter through entrances A, B, or C.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to The Foundry in Shelley's memory.
Arrangements have been entrusted to J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
