Sheri Thomas Obituary
Sheri Lynn Thomas, age 57, of Davison, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025, at her home. Private arrangements are entrusted to Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc.
Sheri was born on September 22, 1967, in Bradenton, Florida, the daughter of Douglas and Kay (Rolfe) VanMott. She graduated from Kearsley High School, Class of 1985. Sheri continued her education, obtaining her associate’s degree in nursing and later earning a bachelor's degree. She took pride in being a loving and devoted mom to her children. Sheri had a natural artistic ability and found joy in reading and gardening, especially tending to her beloved rose bushes.
She is survived by her four loving children: Amber Paige Bertram, Robert Albert Thomas III, Corbin Gage Thomas, and Tessa Nicole Thomas; the father of her children, Robert A. Thomas Jr.; her mother, Kay VanMott; sister, Tammy (Scott) Yeager; and niece, Sydney Yeager. Sheri was preceded in death by her father, Douglas VanMott.
