Sherman Allen Morris,Jr was born January 17, 1953 to the late Sherman A. Morris, Sr and Martena Maddox-Morris at Peninsula General Hospital in Salisbury,MD. Sherman peacefully departed his earthly vessel on Friday, August 1, 2025 at Tidal Heath Hospital. Sherman leaves to cherish fond memories: his wife of 8 years Barbara Mckenzie-Morris; children Michael (Ivory) Morris of Concord, NC, April (Ronald) Barnes of Vienna,MD, Goddaughter Jacqueline (Jamar) Purnell of Salisbury,MD, Vernice Briddell of Dover,DE and Bernice Hudson of Howard County,MD;grandchildren: Ro'Jay Henry, Josiah and Madison Morris of Concord, NC; Ronald Jr and Autumn Barnes of Vienna, MD, Daneè and Damirja Barnes of Arizona and by love Jachi' Clark of Salisbury, MD. He also leaves fond memories to his siblings: Irvin (Joann) Morris of Binghamton, NY and Darlene Morris of Fruitland, MD; nephews and neice:Sherwood Morris II, Mecca Campbell of California, Darrin Church of Fruitland, MD, and Adrian Morris of Delmar, along with other extended family and friends. In addition to his parents and grandparents, Sherman was proceeded in death by his brother and twin brother Charles and Sherwood Morris, Sr.
