Sherri Fullerton Obituary

Published by Legacy on Mar. 6, 2026.
Sherri Lea (Plaster) Fullerton was born on April 3, 1964, to Donald Plaster Jr. and Joyce (Watson) Plaster. She passed from this world and entered Heaven on February 22, 2026.

Sherri is survived by her husband, William (Bill) Fullerton; two sons, Aaron Sowards and wife, Rachel, and Benjamin Sowards and wife Hannah; twin grandsons, Alex and Ajax Sowards; one granddaughter, Winry Sowards; Mother, Joyce Snyder; one brother, Jeffrey Plaster and his wife, Beth; niece, Kaira Plaster and numerous aunts, cousins family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her infant son, Michael Sowards; infant grandson, Griffin Sowards; father, Donald Plaster Jr; paternal and maternal grandparents and several aunts and uncles.

Sherri was a faithful wife, loving mom, proud grandmother, devoted daughter and caring sister' She had a deep love of the outdoors and the natural world. Some of her happiest moments were spent in the country with her husband, watching the stars and meteor showers in the open sky. Sherri was passionate about gardening. Her curiosity led her to study Native American gardening traditions and incorporated their planting techniques into her garden. The results gave her great joy and the most abundant harvests she had ever grown.

Sherri's greatest gift to the world was Love. She cherished her family and spent as much time with them as possible. She was forgiving, gentle and always chose peace and harmony. In her presence, people felt valued and her kindness will continue to be felt in the hearts of those who knew her. Words cannot convey how much she is loved and will be missed.
