Sherry was born October 31, 1954, to John C. and Darlene Greenwell in El Paso, where John C. was stationed while serving in the United States Army. At 5 months old, Sherry would take her first airplane ride alongside her mother Darlene to Frankfurt, Germany, where John C.,had been stationed.

A short time later, Sherry would return to Adrian, MO, where she would call home for her formative years, graduating from Adrian High School. In 1991, Sherry moved from the Kansas City area to Oklahoma City where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. She spent her career over the years in various facilities helping and caring for so many others. Sherry was always known for being so kind and caring.

She was a free-spirited soul with an absolutely huge heart, so full of love! Sherry was an amazing Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, and Friend. She always let you feel her joy and love in every moment with her, and she will be very dearly missed by all of us who knew her.
