I love you Sherry!
What an amazing person you were.
You were a shining light in so many people's life, including mine.
I was hoping that you win this war.
I was about to call you to let you know about our study but learned of this terrible news.
I miss you!.

I went to high school with Sherry and Deb. They were a year ahead of me. I was decorating my Christmas tree this weekend and I came upon an ornament I haven't seen in years, and a wave of memories came flooding back over me. Sherry had given me this ornament for Christmas when she came over to my family party one year. I haven't had any form of social media in a long time and decided I needed to Google her and see if there was any chance to just say hi. I was deeply saddened to see this obituary. It's been about 25 years since I even said hello and I get to read about her amazing life 2 weeks too late. I'm very sorry for everything everyone is going through, and I will cherish my newly recovered memories of a once dear friend. I would also like to send a lot of love and best wishes to her entire family.

Sherry was an amazing, generous, kind, smart and hard working professional Healthcare Provider that was a positive role model for RWJUH Health Professions Scholars for many years. She treated each student as an individual, inspired them to work hard and achieve their educational and careers goals in Allied HealthCare or in any career field they decided in their future. Sherry will always be remembered as generous, knowledgable, caring and hard working. I have not seen Sherry in over 5 pus years but can close my eyes and see her just as she was - Always a smile, a kind word, wiling to help out with the youth exploring careers in Allied Healthcare balancing her already busy work schedule. She was a co-worker but a good friend too. Truly hope her children are often told how wonderful their Mom is and was. Too young to leave this world, so much raising of her children needed to be allowed and her Healthcare Work was so needed. Peace be with Sherry and her growing family. I truly hope that friends and family will surround you always. We need to believe that Sherry is on her next Great Adventure. Hard for those left behind - but Sherry would want her children to be Happy, Thrive, Live! Much Love, Rosanne Tully
