Sherry Wood Obituary

Published by Legacy on Dec. 30, 2025.
Sherry Wood, 77, died peacefully in her home on December 13, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.

Sherry was a woman who led with her heart. She lived her life with kindness, compassion, and an unwavering love for others. As a registered nurse, she devoted herself to helping people through some of their most difficult moments, offering comfort, understanding, and care when it was needed most.

Sherry was a loving and devoted wife to her husband, Harry Wood. They met while working at Glacier Park, where their shared love of nature began. Together, they enjoyed many hiking and camping trips, countless adventures, and quiet, joy-filled hours gardening and playing in Flathead Lake. Their life together was rooted in love, partnership, and shared experiences.

Sherry was a deeply loving mother and grandmother. There was nothing she wouldn't do and didn't do for those she loved. When you think of unconditional love, you think of Sherry. She was a safe haven, a constant presence, and someone you could always count on to be there, no matter what.

Sherry also shared a deep and enduring bond with her brothers and sister, whom she loved dearly. Family meant everything to her, and those relationships were held close to her heart throughout her life.

Sherry was endlessly kind and understanding, loving with her whole heart. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and were fortunate enough to be loved by her.
