Shirley Ann Bailey

Shirley Ann Green Bailey, 80, of Kingwood, WV was born on January 14, 1946. She passed away on March 24, 2026. At time of death, Shirley resided with her daughter and son-in-law in Newport, NC. She passed away due to a long-term illness.

Shirley is survived by her children: Robert & Brenda Carpenter of Daniels, WV, Todd Carpenter of Marietta, Penny & Scott Reynolds of Williamstown, WV, Shirley & Terry Griffin of Newport, NC, Susan & Jeff Smith of Marietta. Shirley had: 34 Grandchildren, 47 Great Grandchildren, 4 great-great Grandchildren, 1 sister Becky Bryan. Shirley also had many nieces and nephews.

She was an active member of the Vienna Church of God. Shirley was loved by her family and friends. Shirley loved fishing, listening to the Bible, cooking and shopping. She loved spending time with her loved ones.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday (March 29) at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lynch Cemetery. Family will greet friends before the service from 1:00 until 2:00. Messages of sympathy may be sent at www.Lankfordfh.com.
